1. All kinds of test items are submitted for inspection by witness sampling, that is, sampling shall be carried out under the witness of the supervisor (construction) personnel, and the construction unit shall entrust a qualified testing organization to implement.
2. All kinds of testing items shall be provided with photographic materials for important links in the testing process. The inspection report shall be attached with image data of typical damaged interface.
3. If the test results of on-site test items cannot meet the standard requirements, the following provisions shall be followed:
1) If the on-site air tightness test of building external windows cannot meet the standard requirements, the construction party must report the rectification scheme and results to the supervision station for filing. After the rectification is completed, the supervisor (or construction) and the construction parties shall jointly determine the same number of building external window samples for retest. If the retest results meet the above requirements, it is evaluated as meeting the design or standard requirements.
2) If the test results of other items cannot meet the standard requirements, double samples shall be taken again for retest. If the retest results meet the standard requirements, it is evaluated as meeting the design or standard requirements.
3) If the retest results still fail to meet the standard requirements, the design, construction, supervision and construction parties shall jointly agree on the treatment methods and report to the supervision station for the record.
4. Each construction team of exterior wall external insulation works shall make a template first, and the template area shall be ≥ 30m2; After all kinds of pull-out tests of the samples are qualified, the external insulation construction of the external wall can be carried out; After the construction of each layer of external insulation is completed, the corresponding pull-out test shall be carried out as required; If the construction or construction unit applies according to the special needs of the project progress, it can also carry out various pull-out tests after the completion of the external wall insulation and surface course.
5. For public buildings with a building area of ≤ 1000 m2, if the construction unit applies, the inspection items of materials and equipment re inspection: energy saving of doors and windows can only be tested for air tightness, water tightness and wind pressure resistance, and others shall be tested according to the re inspection requirements of materials and equipment mentioned above; For the on-site physical inspection of the enclosure structure, only the external wall energy-saving structure test can be carried out, or the on-site pull-out test can not be carried out.
6. For projects such as excellent projects and energy-saving demonstration projects, they shall be tested according to the building energy-saving testing items and requirements specified in national standards and specifications.
