[meaning and purpose]

(1) Radon is a radioactive and inert gas, colorless and tasteless. It will cause cancer if inhaled into the human body. At present, radon has become a global problem. It is one of the 19 major carcinogens published by the World Health Organization. It is the second leading cause of human lung cancer after cigarettes. Rocks and soils contain natural radioactive element uranium (radium). The parent element uranium (radium) decays to produce radioactive radon, which enters the air through diffusion and convection. The radon concentration in soil is 1000 times higher than that in the air on the ground. Therefore, the detection of radon content in soil is not only a response to national policies, but also responsible for the health of building users. At present, the "green building evaluation standard" clearly requires that the soil radon concentration should be detected before the implementation of the construction project.

(2) The site acoustic environment is an important part of the physical environment of the construction project area. The monitoring results of the site acoustic environment are the necessary conditions for the simulation analysis of the acoustic environment. The green building evaluation standard has made requirements for the site acoustic environment. The project with green building evaluation and identification should carry out the site acoustic environment monitoring, and take the monitoring results as the boundary condition of the simulation analysis.

[main contents of outdoor environment test]

(1) Radon concentration detection in site soil.

(2) Site acoustic environment monitoring.

[outdoor environment detection process]

(1) According to the characteristics of the project, formulate the detection scheme.

(2) Sign the power of attorney for on-site testing, and the number of points and testing parts shall meet the standard requirements, which shall be confirmed by each responsible subject of the project.

(3) The construction unit shall make preparations for on-site inspection as required and notify the inspectors.

(4) After confirming that the preparations meet the testing requirements, our company will arrange testers to arrive at the scene for testing.

(5) Issue test report.

[basis]

(1) Green building evaluation standard;

(2) Code for indoor environmental pollution control of civil construction engineering;

(3) Environmental quality standard for noise.
