What needs to be tested for green buildings?
"Green" in green buildings is not a simple degree of building greening, but emphasizes the economic benefits and environmental friendliness of buildings. Energy saving buildings are not necessarily green buildings, but green buildings must be energy-saving buildings. On the basis of energy-saving buildings, green buildings also consider the utilization of renewable energy, water saving, material saving, land saving, indoor environmental quality and intelligent control, and put more emphasis on sustainability.
In the evaluation standard for green buildings (GB / T 50378-2014), detailed standards are given for the evaluation of green buildings from seven systems: land saving and outdoor environment, energy conservation and energy utilization, water conservation and water resource utilization, material saving and material resource utilization, indoor environmental quality, construction management and operation management.
