[concept]

(1) Green building refers to a building that can save resources (energy, land, water and materials), protect the environment and reduce pollution to the greatest extent, provide people with healthy, applicable and efficient use space, and live in harmony with nature within the whole life cycle of the building.

(2) Green building evaluation mark refers to an evaluation activity that confirms the grade of buildings applying for green building grade evaluation and carries out information mark according to the procedures and requirements determined in the management measures for green building evaluation mark according to the green building evaluation standard and the technical rules for green building evaluation (Trial). Identification includes certificates and marks. According to the stage of the project, it is divided into design stage evaluation marks and operation stage evaluation marks.

● preliminary design stage

Review the preliminary design drawings, determine the green building grade according to the, issue the green building investment proposal to the owner and each discipline of the design unit, and further clarify various measures according to the feedback;

● construction drawing design stage

(1) According to the project drawings, establish computer models to analyze various building physical environments, including sunshine, daylighting, wind environment, acoustic environment, thermal environment, etc., find out potential problems, optimize the building design, and issue the building sunshine calculation and analysis report, natural daylighting simulation and analysis report, outdoor wind environment simulation and analysis report, indoor background noise analysis report, etc;

(2) Guide the construction drawing design unit and landscape design unit to implement the measures and requirements of green building in the construction drawings, review whether the construction drawings fully implement the green building requirements, put forward suggestions and guide the modification and improvement of the places that do not meet the requirements;

(3) Prepare the star self-assessment report of green buildings;

(4) Submit a full set of data to the third-party construction drawing review organization for review, modify, supplement, improve and reply to the review opinions, and the drawing review unit shall issue the qualified opinions on construction drawing review.
