LEED（Leadership in Energy and EnvironmentalDesign）
The leadership in energy & environmental design building rating system, established and implemented by the American green building association, is internationally referred to as LEEDTM. At present, it is considered to be the most perfect, influential and commercialized evaluation standard among various building environmental protection evaluation, green building evaluation and building sustainability evaluation standards all over the world. As an authoritative third-party evaluation and certification result, LEED certification is of great significance to improve the popularity of developers and the reputation of the building itself, save the cost of building operation and maintenance, and advocate a green and low-carbon lifestyle.

For different project types, the evaluation system is divided into:

[LEED certification service process]
(1) Register, fill in the project registration form, register on the gbci website, pay the registration fee and list it in the LEED online database.
(2) Prepare application documents, collect and sort out relevant information according to the specific situation of the project and calculate it, and prepare relevant data according to the requirements of various indicators.
(3) Submit the application documents, upload the complete application documents before the final date determined by the certification system of gbci, pay the corresponding certification fee and start the review procedure.
(4) Through document review and technical review, amend and supplement the application according to LEED preliminary review documents, resubmit gbci and obtain certification results.
(5) Obtain certification certificate, certificate issued by usg-bc and LEED plaque.
